In order to further optimize our current system on succession planning, the 2-year “Manager Trainee Program” had been put into practice and started from 2013. To have a sound grasp of daily operations within a short period of time, Apprenticeship and Mentoring system has been adopted, which management team will play a role of mentor to provide guidance and share experience with Manager Trainees.
Within the two-year program, all Manager Trainees are required to acquire various learning courses regularly. Study reports, project assignments and periodical meetings with managers enable our Manager Trainees to achieve self-improvements continuously.
Job rotation across different sites such as housing estates, grade A commercial buildings, theme parks and the large-scale transportation corporation, would be arranged to all Manager Trainees to broaden and widen their horizon on operational experience. Attachment will also be introduced across various supporting departments enabling trainees to comprehend its all-rounded operations techniques, hence strengthening Company’s entire coordination.
Upon completion of the training program, Manager Trainee with outstanding performance would be promoted to Assistant Operations Manager for continuously applying their professional knowledge to develop their career and strengthen Company’s operating structure.
