In light of the continuous outbreak of the new novel coronavirus (COVID-19), the global supply of surgical masks remains tight. Thanks to the donors of Lok Sin Tong Benevolent Society, Kowloon, surgical masks were donated to our cleaners who are working on the frontline. In the effort to support and thank the frontline workers, staff from Lok Sin Tong went to Mei Foo Sun Chuen to distribute surgical masks to our cleaners in early March 2020.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all donors and staff of Lok Sin Tong for their valuable contribution to the community. Meanwhile, we are grateful for the steadfastness in the duty of every colleague of Waihong, not only frontline but also the back-office one who remains in duties notwithstanding the severe disease at the time. Under such an adverse situation, Waihong Services Group is committed with the mission of uniting in a more concerted effort to fight against the virus, and paying its full effort in supporting the Hong Kong Community.
